Stewart Shining is best known for his fashion and beauty photographs of major celebrities and models. Having shot for virtually every major magazine, from Vogue to Vanity Fair, Shining has photographed celebrity subjects that include Robert Pattinson, Drew Barrymore, Zooey Deschanel, Hugh Jackman and Blake Lively. In addition to his advertising work for the agencies Lloyd & Co, Saatchi, and Shahid & Co., he has begun new video projects, some of which were recently screened at the ASVOFF Festival at the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
Shining lives and works in New York City where he runs a studio and serves on the Board of Directors of both ACRIA and The Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation.
